Olga sent a link today about plans in the House and Senate to reinstate the draft by June of 2005. The bills target everyone(mail and female) between the age of 18 and 26, and due to some new laws about college and location, dodging the draft won't be nearly as easy. Travis sent a link to a petition e-mail, from Working For Change that you can send to your representative in Congress.
